Due to us offering a variety of handmade goods, we have separate return/exchange policies set forth for the different categories of items we offer. Please contact us (info@tamemane) for any further questions or concerns you might have before placing an order.-Please Note: Seeing as all of our products are handmade, there might be slight imperfections in some items. We believe this is why owning a handmade product is rad and makes it truly one of a kind!
Tame Mane® Premium Essential Oil Blends
If you are not 100% satisfied with our oils, we are now offering a 30 day money back guarantee. Since starting Tame Mane® back in 2015, we have heard NOTHING but positive things about our oils. We firmly believe that if we have been able to make people happy over the past 5 years with our products, we will be able to continue making our new customers happy as well.
All of our oils are handmade in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. If within 30 days of purchasing oils from our website, if you notice ANY signs of it smelling bad or spoiled, we will allow you exchange it for a fresh one. (Please note that we will cover the shipping to you as long as you cover the postage returning it to us.)
Our refund policy for Tame Mane® Premium Essential Oil Blends unfortunately is NOT covered IF...
• You spill it.
• You drop it.
• You use it all within 30 days.
• The natural benefits of the oils are not working fast enough for you.
• Your wife/husband OR girlfriend/boyfriend OR children decide to steal it from you.
• You start receiving unwanted attention from the opposite sex (or same, we don't discriminate).
• You land that job/promotion for smelling fresh AF.
Glass by Tame Mane®
Due to every glass piece being unique and one-of-a-kind, all glass sales are final. All of the glass is made in house in Orlando, FL. Glass is known to break. If you bought a piece from us and it broke, please submit some photos with a brief explanation of what happened. Honesty is crucial. Based on the photos provided, we will reach back out to you and let you know if repair is possible or even worth it. Please expect to cover shipping for BOTH returning it to us for repair, and having it sent back to you. We will quote you a repair cost if necessary.
Wood Grain by Tame Mane®
As of now, all our wood pendants (pinecone, walnut, ayahuasca, palo santo, sassafras, etc.) or laser engraved/wood burned product sales are final. We do offer touch ups/repairs for our wood pendants. Please contact us (info@tamemane.com) for a quote on a repair.
Customs
The up front 50% deposit is non-refundable. Once the final product is approved by the customer and the remaining balance has been sent, the sale is final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
