  •  How can I purchase an item not listed on your website that you offer?

If there is something you are interested in that you don't see on our website feel free to contact us directly on Instagram.  If you do not have Instagram, we are also on Snapchat (@tamemane), Facebook, & TikTok (@tame_mane).  If you are not on social media, reach out to us via email.  

Payments we accept for purchases made outside of our website are Venmo (@tamemane), Cashapp ($tamemaneca), Paypal, or Zelle.  

Your item will be mailed via USPS first-class delivery for a $5 fee.  If you want additional insurance added to your package or would like to sign for it (best way to hold USPS accountable for a package they delivered to the wrong address) or would like to simply be upgraded to Priority, please let us know so we can add it to your total. If you are receiving free shipping, expect it to be delivered via USPS first-class by default.  You are responsible for the additional cost to any shipping upgrades.

  • Do you take custom orders? 

Yes!  We have taken quite a few custom orders over the years, and thoroughly enjoy doing them.  Here is a list of some of the custom products we offer:

Turnaround time will vary from a number of different deciding factors.  As or business and family has grown, our turnaround time has been higher than before.  Average expectancy on a custom should be 2-4 weeks.  Sometimes additional delays will occur, and when this happens, we will do our best to communicate with you.  

  • Payments for Customs

Once the quote of the custom is confirmed, an up front non-refundable deposit of 50% of the quote (not including shipping) will be expected.  It is your choice if you want to pay the full amount, but it is not required.  You will be sent images and videos of the final product.  Once approved, we will ask for the remaining 50% as well as additional shipping costs.  If there is something you do not like prior to us sending you your piece, you need to make it clear to us what the issue is so we can fix it.  We do not offer refunds.  

  • Do you offer wholesale prices for bulk orders?
